What If My Card is Refused?

Cards are not refused by Danielle Creations Ltd but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.

Can I Have a Payment Receipt?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation of your payment and order details on screen after you checkout your order or make a payment on account. This will display your unique transaction number. You will also receive an email confirming your order and payment confirmation.

Returns Policy

You may return an order or part order up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. A full refund will be made as long as the goods are unopened, undamaged and can be resold.

If any of the items were damanged, not working or not as described when they arrived then please contact Danielle Ltd within 48 hours so we can arrange either a refund or replacement items.
